We utilise our expertise and networks to find the best candidate possible. Interviewing candidates to assess cultural and technical requirements, we then present the best matches to you.
4. Coordinating
We support you and the candidates through the interview process, setting up interviews, providing updates and feedback to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
5. Hiring
We work with you to make sure your preferred candidate(s) are keen, excited and happy to accept an offer when presented.
6. Beyond
We support you and the candidate through onboarding and beyond, making sure both sides are happy way beyond their first day.
Our History
Everest North was founded in 2026 by Dan Griffiths after wanting to start a recruitment consultancy that puts relationships, values and quality above all else.
The team’s history in recruitment spans 7 years supporting tech and AI start-ups as well as games studios such as Hello Games, Mediatonic, Playground Games, EA, HundredStar Games, Rockstar, InnoGames among others.
Much of Everest North’s history is still to be written and we are looking forward to adding much more here.
